Irrawang Street comprised five architect-designed townhouses in Wallsend. Private landscaped courtyards created a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, complemented by a modern grey-and-white exterior palette of rendered brick, weatherboard, tiling, and trims. Conveniently located near shops, schools, restaurants, and public transport, 9 Irrawang Street offered stylish, low-maintenance living and was recognised with the 2016 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Award for Townhouse/Villa of the Year.
