Nesca Parade was a contemporary renovation of ten inner-suburb apartment units in Newcastle. Each unit combined modern design with functional living, featuring light-filled interiors, sleek kitchens with white cabinetry and black appliances, and two spacious bedrooms with built-in robes. The thoughtfully designed layouts maximised comfort and low-maintenance living. The exterior showcased a sophisticated mix of mocha and dark grey tones, rendered brickwork, and aluminium privacy screens, creating a modern Newcastle aesthetic. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, schools, public transport, and Newcastle’s beaches, Nesca Parade offered residents stylish, practical, and contemporary inner-city living. The development was recognised with the 2017 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Award for Renovation/Addition Projects over $750,001, highlighting its quality design and craftsmanship.
