Oasis Elliott Heads involved the acquisition and approval of a 14.76-hectare site just 200 metres from the Coral Sea, near Bundaberg. Development approval was secured for 328 manufactured home estate sites before the project was sold to GreenFort.

Part of the South Beach master-planned community, Oasis Elliott Heads will feature two- and three-bedroom homes supported by resort-style amenities, alongside a shopping centre, resort, and tavern.
