Catering for 0–12 years, the centre comprised seven rooms for up to 142 children. Outdoor areas were divided between Long Day Care and Out of School Hours Care, featuring sandpits, climbing forts, slippery dips, mud kitchens, water play, yarning circles, and a bike track.
