Landstone has commenced 2026 with a strong and diverse development pipeline across early education, residential and mixed-use projects.
We are pleased to have recently secured Development Approval for two purpose-built childcare centres, including a 106-place centre in Port Macquarie and a 141-place centre in the Lochinvar, both scheduled to commence construction in next month with completion scheduled for Nov 2026. In addition, due diligence and DA preparation is underway for a further two childcare centres, representing an additional 280+ licensed places, with discussions progressing with a number of high-quality early learning operators.
Alongside this, our residential pipeline continues to grow, with approximately 150 dwellings planned across seven sites, comprising a mix of affordable housing, townhouses and villa developments. These projects are currently progressing through due diligence and planning approval pathways, with early construction commencement anticipated from late 2026, subject to approvals.
Across all projects, we are actively working with builders, consultants, housing providers and operators to deliver high-quality outcomes that respond to community needs.
