Each home featured open-plan interiors, galley-style kitchens with Caesarstone benchtops and stainless steel appliances, and spacious bedrooms with built-in robes. Thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces showcased leafy reserve views, while modern grey and white exteriors of cladding, tiling, and glass balcony railings enhanced the streetscape. Conveniently located near shops, schools, transport, and the beach, Cathie Road offered low-maintenance coastal living and was recognised with the 2018 MBA Excellence in Building Awards Newcastle.
