Lachlan Road was a residential development of ten townhouses and one villa in Cardiff. Each home featured open-plan interiors, modern kitchens with Caesarstone benchtops and stainless steel appliances, and private landscaped courtyards. Winner of the 2015 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Award and the 2015 MBA Excellence in Building Awards Newcastle, this development exemplified design excellence and quality craftsmanship in a thriving Newcastle community.
