Oasis Redhead is a coastal lifestyle community on a 10-hectare site acquired in 2015 and sold to Hometown Australia in 2025. Located 800 metres from Redhead Beach and backing onto the beachfront dune system, the project integrates recreation with convenience, adjoining the Fernleigh Track and within 15 minutes of Newcastle CBD.
Development approval was secured for 252 manufactured home estate sites with communal facilities including a clubhouse, cinema, swimming pool, spa, gym, sauna, and sports amenities. A major milestone was approval for on-site home construction, creating local jobs and supporting regional suppliers. Civil works and housing stages one to nine were delivered prior to sale, with 87 homes occupied and 35 nearing completion by early 2025.
