Oasis Yamba secured approval for an 18.2-hectare site in the West Yamba Urban Release Area before being sold to Clifton Lifestyles. Yamba is a coastal town at the mouth of the Clarence River, with the site located close to services and transport links.

Approval was granted for a 200-site manufactured home estate with extensive amenities including a clubhouse, gym, wellness centre, library, swimming pool, bowling green, activity lawn, BBQ pavilions, vegetable gardens, and a men’s shed with van storage. Flood mitigation required approximately 130,000 cubic metres of fill, ensuring a resilient, future-ready community.
